Sorry guys , I forgot to take pics of the finished product , I pulled it out and sat it on the counter a before I knew it BAM it was about gone , I received nothing but praise for it .. It was awesome....

Looked great. If you don't mind me asking a few questions. How long was the total time in the smoker? How big a piece of meat was it? I really want to put that on my list of things to do. And you have the same temp reader i do. 20 bucks at Lowe's. Lol

Total time was about16-18hrs.
( wait time drive me crazy..lol)
Not real sure of the exact weight but around 10lbs.
Do it buddy , you won't regret it..
