Ribs, first cook on the new 1975

Did some ribs on my new smoker, sorry for not having the plate pic. Very happy with the WH, first time using an offset in 10 years, and doing pork ribs which I don't do normally, was a little short on bbq sauce as well but they were good enough I'll be doing them more often so says the wife. Shout out to WH as well as they made it a point to get me my smoker a few weeks early so I had it in time for my Son's grad party next weekend.
