Quick Supper

No pics. Cooked some boneless porkchops using Shake-and-Bake and some Semmel Knoedels with gravy.

New gravy packet for me, but definitely going to keep some on hand. Found in local Mennonite store, but probably readily available elsewhere.

Our quick supper was ordering delivered (big rain) Chinese food tonight, oh steamed dumplings, hot and sour soup and chix egg foo young...mmmm although I did make riced cauliflower fried rice instead of what came with it.
