Didn’t take long. Tossed the meat on the grates and busted out the kindling. Marinated the ribs in bbq sauce for about 2 hours. More would have been better but that’s the time I had. Smoker come up to about 225. Tossed both meats on at the same time. Forgot to put seasoning on the ribs but oh well lol

used a plum cookie I cut at the base of the trunk 2 years ago.

A piece bagging to light lol. First time getting this lucky. Lights good when split little up the middle also
 
nice looking short ribs! my family grew up on short ribs, and i remember cooking mountains of short ribs on the grill for parties that my parents had. they were so cheap back then. now it's getting crazy expensive.
