Made an Old Fashioned Loaf a while ago. The recipe called for powdered Dextrose and I tried the corn syrup conversion because I didn't have the Dextrose and it came out good but a little sweet for my taste. Now that I have Dextrose I guess I'm just looking to use it LOL!
For the Kielbasa I just used the same dry measure of Dextrose as Sugar and it came out fine.
