My pastrami turned out great!! Now on to some pork butts for pullin'. I've done a LOT of pork butts on my smoker, Short Brinkmann electric. Works great for me. I've done as many as 4 at once. I've done AT LEAST a hundred butts in the ~10 years I've been smoking. We love 'em!!
Anyway, picked up a couple yesterday at County Market. 16.45Lbs total. Rubbed with my (now) standard rub. Sit overnight, on the smoker just after 9AM today.
