Hoping to get some opinions from my fellow Que'rs who have Bradley smokers with the bisquettes. I almost always use the mesquite bisquettes when doing ribs (I believe I have done hickory once). I always use the 3-2-1 method and for me they are delicious but the wife wishes there was a little less smoke flavor to them. What flavors would you possibly recommend for ribs?
