Hi folks,
I'm from Shreveport, La. and have been smoking meat for the last 50 years. I have several different pits and smokers that I use but I have been looking to add a ceramic kamado or a pellet smoker to my arsenal. Glad to be a part of the group. Looking forward to new recipes and techniques.

I’m over in a Bossier City. Glad to have you on this site. I’ve learned some great stuff here. What kind of smoker do you use?
I have a pretty good sized stick burner.
Get my pecan from several places in North Bossier. Free is good.
