MES30 Bluetooth mods

My poor MES30 BT has been rode hard and put away wet. The controller still works but is on its last legs. The plastic over the buttons is long gone, the rain shield is long gone. Would love to keep using this amazing beast. I worki away from home and it travels with me and feeds up to a dozen hungry guys 3 or 4 times a week. Has anyone done a full control replacement???

check out tallbm's post on installing a pid controller. not sure if this will work with yours but may be worth a look. also JC in GB is up on this stuff. hopefully they'll jump in and steer you in the right direction. other then that i won't be any help. good luck

If I were to do the same today, I'd look at an Inkbird PID controller. The Auber costs $$ more than the Inkbird. The Auber works fine, just a litte $$.
