Brian I used this recipe as a starting point. For keto I dropped the carrots and subbed in almond flour and a little coconut flour for the flour. I am thinking toss with about 1 Tbsp each flour, maybe add green onion and mix in some whisked egg. Sound about right? I also bought some more white radish. I wonder if those could be vacuum packed?
