It’s raining......RIBS!

The weather here in Knoxville has been awful. So with the sun shine yesterday we ventured to Pigeon Forge, enjoyed the sun and moved Sunday ribs and lollie pops cook to today. I rather like tending to bbq on a rainy day. The spares got a shake down of SM Spicy Apple and the pops got Sweet Money. Sorry Hallelujah Bacon. Maybe next time. BnB lump in the SnS with apple chunks. Also tossed on some doctored up Showboat bean topped with bacon. With rain forecasted there’s no sun til Friday. I may be back at it again.

All looks fantastic. Really love the color on those pops. Are they chicken thighs?

Pops are frenched legs. Smoked then dipped in Sonny’s Sweet. The ribs had very little pullback but they had that perfect bite. Sorry for the double vision.

Good color on those ribs! I love chicken pops. Pain to make a bunch of them but man are they good eating! Nice job on all of it!
