Hello everyone my name is Roger I live in Missouri and like all of you enjoy doing some smoking on occassion. I have a homemade charcoal smoker that is just like the ones you buy a Wal Mart or Lowes only it is built out of 16" pipe 1/4" thick. I also bought a MES 40 last winter.
