Greetings all,

My name is Jon. I am in Louisville KY. I have been smoking on a charcoal grill with wood chunks  for about 3 years now. I have recently purchased a bunch of 1/4" plate steel and a 500 gallon propane tank as well as a 16' tandem axle trailer and am in the middle of creating my very first actual smoker. I currently work in the technical field, but am hoping to slowly migrate into the mobile food industry. I want to feed people everywhere. lol At music festivals, carnivals, street corners, family functions, you name it. If there are hungry people I want to feed them.

I was happy to stumble into this forum. I will be lurking around reading all I can read. Hopefully I might even have some input for others! lmao

pictures of new smoker project will follow soon.
