Built myself a double barrel smoker about 5 years ago. Only use it about 4-5 times a year because:
1) the weather sucks 5 months a year
2) my wife doesn't like smoked meat (I know).
Looking for suggestions on smoking meat other than ribs, pork butt, turkey or brisket. I want to try something new, but has to be at the local butcher (so no ostrich or the like).
