I hadn't thought a bit about smoking meat 'till we had a pig roast for a bunch of VIP guests at the Millstream. I guy came in, did 3/4 of a pig, one beef brisket and 10 chickens. Excellent! After eating that meat, that's all I can think of...
I'm reading Jeff's 5 day course, bought his recipes and have aSmokin' Pro Smoker on the way.I hobby farm pigs, cows and chickens so I have lots of "fodder" for the smoker.
I look forward to smokin' as I enjoy grilling and cooking in general.
