If you deliver food to customer to be reheated later in the oven. What do you use to label foil pans? Can you sharpie on top foil? Is it safe to cook with sharpie marker on it in the oven?
Don't know if it is safe or not but I've been doing it for years. Wife was in the commercial food business for 30 years and they did the same thing. Nothing is touching the food anyway
