You may want to give yourself 18 hrs to be safe if you are cooking at 225 or lower. Remember the internal temperature determines if it's done. Good luck! Can anyone tell me about how long it will take to smoke a 9lb brisket? Thanks!:grilling_smilie:
Are you planning on eating it tomorrow night? A lot of people will put the meat on before going to bed. Especially with your Traeger or if they have an electric smoker. Even if it gets done early you can wrap it in foil, then towels, and stick in a cooler to keep warm (towels to fill in cooler space). This will work for 4-6 hrs, good luck!Than you for the help. I really appreciate it. I will cross my fingers when i smoke it tomorrow.
