Thanks to all at the forum for all the help to a knube in creating an experimental fatty. 2 lbs. Jimmy D Hot, 1lb bacon thin slice. Extra sharp cheddar, sweet red pepper, green onions, roasted Hatch N.M. green chilies. The chilies go with everything around here.

Nice weave, I just fling the bacon on mine willy nilly and call it done. Nice biskets too.

I'm a fan of hatch chiles too. They are the best.
