put this here cuz ......well, there ain't no place for "mixed" smokes
and the title starts with chix.
started the day's smoke with lunch, legs and thighs over pistachio and pecan....crisped up the skin on the sfb
then tossed on the chuckie with my rub and worchestershire over pecan. basted it with margerine/rub/and worchestershire and then foiled it with a little onion soup mix and 1/2 c. water and then sliced it.
when the chuckie was 1/2 way done i tossed on a rack with my rub and basted with a mixture of margerine/oil/rub....that ain't sauce on that rack.
this was the first time basting with margerine as i normally i don't baste at all. thx for lookin'..................
