Cooked up a couple packs of chicken thighs, fresh whole mushrooms and a few zucchini for dinner. We planned on removing the skin from the thighs prior to eating so wasn’t after crisp but more after juicy. Juicy is was we got.
The mushrooms while not best for healthy living the way cooked tasted great. I had a mixture of Minced garlic, butter/margarine and fresh shredded Parmesan I froze in a tub that I added to the pan for them to cook in. Boy it was good. The rest was seasoned with SPOG. The chicken was perfect. And zucchini, just comes out good like this.
