It was a cold & windy day....I smoked 6 turkeys and a few breasts.
The first 2 turkeys needed done by 11:30. Which they didn't get to temp till 11:40

Next turkeys needed done buy 1:00

Even Spatchcocked one

The rest of the turkeys were getting vacuum sealed.
Started out the low temp 15 degrees and the high for the day was 25.

Good looking birds, Thats a lot of work going on there. Congrats on the success.... Like...

Those are some good looking birds HC. I’m sure even though one was done 10 minutes late you were able to make up time delivering in that yellow sports car you have. :D

The first 2 was picked up by a fire truck...They had an Odor investigation
I never gave the yellow car a thought...Hmmmm

How did you make out with your smoke?
Thanks

Hey man those birds looked great and here I thought all you could make was pulled chicken. :D
Warren
Warren Thanks!
My smoker seems to excel at cooking poultry

Busy day for you, Doug. But it looks like everything turned out great.

Thank You Gary! After it's all done I need a nap. Seems like a lot of prep work with turkeys, not sure why.
