    Wow ribs came out great !

    Sorry I smoked them between 225 and 240 I used about 3 chunks of hickory ! A rub of paprika and dark sugar with peper, salt, garlic powder and onion powder ! The sauce was a conglomeration of mixes I made up ! But man they rocked!!

    I was able to use my weber last week for the first time. it kept great temp. I had already put a seal kit on it, and used the digital maverick thermo with it, I am very pleased with the way my pork spare ribs and tri tip turned out, only thing was I used pappy's rib rub which had to much salt...
