Bill, You ever try using the AMNPS with one of the burners on? I cold smoked some cheese at camp this weekend and it worked great but when I tried it with a burner on it would not stay lit, starving for oxygen I'm guessing??

I've got Bear Camp coming up in about 3 weeks and I was going to do Baby Backs, cottage potatoes (chessy) and baked beans for my dinner.
I'm still alittle new at this, but in "my mind" I've got the hang of it, everyone seems to love all that I smoke!! I have not tried baked...
