WOW DO THEY LOOK GOOD! Somehow the dangdest thing happened when I was unfoiling them and placing them back in the smoker. A piece of meat just fell off the rib and stuck to my tongs. Both hands were full so the only way I could figure to clean off my tongs was to, well.....MMMMMMM
So far so goo, pulled em just under two hours in, and foiled them with a bit of beer and the basting sauces I made for each one. About to unwrap em here in a minute!

By the way, hit 195 and pulled, let it sit for barely 10 minutes before we just tore it apart. Smoke took a tad longer than expected, so needless to say it was like fending off starving animals haha. No leftovers...bummed hahaa
