The cost of steel has gone up huge since last year. You may not see a huge price drop this fall. Supply and demand always comes into it and if retailers are sitting on product that cost will come down.

I am going to be cooking for a friends dirty thirty birthday party and want to make a breakfast fatty with hollandaise sause and would like to make it ahead of time. Party is Friday night arrive at condo Saturday dinner would like to do a breakfest fatty or two for folks.
If i buy the amazn pellet or sawdust smoker will I be able to smoke in the wsm using this for cold smoking cheese and bacon?
Do i need to go to a MES or propane cabinet smoker for better results?

I have a wsm and am looking for a good place to buy charcoal. Costco has it 2 20lb bags for 16 bucks. Home depot was two bags for 17 is the cheapest you can find it for usually? Is there a better fuel to use for the wsm?
