    3.5 pound beef short rib, used a little olive oil as a binder and plowboys bovine bold for a rub, threw them on at 250 degrees they cooked for about 6 an a half hours, no foil just cooked them straight through, turned out awesome!

    Thanks man! And hell yea it is, I started out with a Brinkman and it was pretty crappy lol so to have something that holds Temps well and draws through allot of heat and smoke, feels great.

    Here in Wisconsin at Costco I got mine for 3.99 a pound, it was a good chunk of change, but I've been looking forward to making one for a long time.
