My son's baptism is tommorow and we're having people over after the ceremony so I decided to smoke a ham well half a ham lol, I basically followed howtobbqright on YouTubes recipe used cherry wood got te internal temp up to 135 put my glaze on let it rise to 140 gonna let it sit carve it and get it in some juice in a neck for tommorow I'm really hoping it turns out I didn't get any before the picks but here's some after shots.
