    Ok gang, a buddy of mine brought me a backstrap from a wild pig that he killed. He wants me to smoke it. Any suggestions as to what temperature, time on the pit and rub to use?? I'm open to suggestions. Looking forward to all of your ideas. Smoking Works

    Does anyone know if the top grill grate is reading 230 degrees F. Measured by a Maverick 733, will the lower grate be hotter or cooler than the upper grate?

    ADVICE: Need a new grill - Weber vs. Char-Griller

    I have a 22.5" Weber Grill. I've used it as a charcoal griller. I've also used it to smoke ribs and briskets by offsetting the heat. I love my Weber. Check out Barbecueweb.com on Youtube. Wishing you well on your selection.
