    Dang! I thought it would go unnoticed:( I'm a dummy and followed a recipe that was for much bigger cuts of meat. My cuts were small and I left 'em in too long. They were kinda dry. But I guess you win some, you lose some but you still live to smoke another day!! The chicken came out great.

    How did you come up with your screen name?

    My wife has 2 daughters from a previous marriage, I was a single father to my two boys (women loved that) and we have one together. Ages 12-11-10-9 &4 + the wife and I =7. We all live together full time.
