Dang! I thought it would go unnoticed:( I'm a dummy and followed a recipe that was for much bigger cuts of meat. My cuts were small and I left 'em in too long. They were kinda dry. But I guess you win some, you lose some but you still live to smoke another day!! The chicken came out great.

I'm thinking I'll just burn 6 or 7 lumps of charcoal with a couple chunks of wood. The main idea is to get a good smoke ring. I know the smoke ring does nothing for flavor, but I want a smoke ring!
