    Well it's for when you aren't smoking and want to just tease yourself, like when you drive by a smoke house and get a ticket on the way home just trying to have enough time to crank up the smoker. So your peed off about the ticket and you crank your grill up anyways and take the next day off...

    On low heat adequate smoke for about 15 to 20 minutes on an offset smoker and with all my air vents nearly shut

    Well everyone my saltine crackers came out great smoked I really wish you could taste them and if you really want to taste them do some yourself running about 200 degrees Rollin Smoke will get them perfect

    I do lawn care, I also sell at the flee market now. I have line cooked, stripped hwy and parking lots, done right of way clearing..buried cable with phone co., made trusses, man holes and concrete pipe maker, furniture maker, and a few others. Love the lawn care the best, in it for 20 years...
