Hey everyone, Anyone know of a place in SE PA/MD/DE that rents out smokers? I have 2 vertical 4 rack box smokers but just got asked to do a bunch for a family reunion. I thought it was going to be easy to find one to rent. WRONG! Lol. Thanks in advance for the help.
I live in southern Lancaster county. Galvinell meat co. Just into Cecil county, md about 30 min south of Lancaster city has pigs and all kinds of meats. They rent smokers and have a full store of rubs and sauces.
I am 4 hours in now and the smallest one( the two halfs actually look more like a 5 and 3#) is at 165° The 5 lb is stalled at 157°. I just foiled the smaller one. The full 8lb one is at 130°. Thanks for the help!
