    Is there a quality difference in the mes. How can one tell what gen it is? And was your 30” good enough to fit 3-4 pork shoulders in it? Also I live in Fort Wayne Indiana and our winters are cold at times how well does it hold temps in cold weather like 10-25 degrees F
