    Hello from SoCal

    I'm new to all this and love these forums!  I have an MES 30 and have been smoking for a little over a month.  I've done pork butt, brisket, tri-trip and chicken to date.  I just can't get enough!  Looking forward to trying out more of the tricks I've picked up here.  Not sure my San Diego...
