    Wow! Great job Scott! ... making me hungry. Excellent smoke ring. Love the jalapeno poppers. What is in the filling? We use cream cheese mixed with shredded colby jack. Never thought about cutting the peppers in half. We usually "T split" and fill the hollowed out inside.
