Thanks kbuckeye! It was the best pulled pork I've ever eaten. I used the red bell pepper rub that I found on here and everyone that are it wouldn't put any other sauce on it!! My Ribs were tasty but not quite as tender as I would have liked by dinner time. I'm thrilled though with the results...
