Wild pig and peppers

  1. I started with wild pig about 1/4 inch thick. Then a thin layer of marble cheese and then some asiago.

    Love the peppers and onion.

    Then the weave [​IMG]

    Got it wrapped

    A little rub

    Smoked with my new favorite Birch

    On the Q more to come

    The peppers sure added some "tang" to the fatty, and I love the cheese choice!! Nice looking fatty.
