So I finally talked the Fiance into giving me the Weber early this weekend so I seasoned it Saturday while my chicken was brining and then I smoked them on Sunday.  Oh and these chickens were still walking around on Friday so this was an excellent meal.  I am already in love with this smoker.  Hope you guys enjoy the Q-view!

The chicken has a beatiful color. Great job.!!

My vote is chicken for the first cook. Can't beat it. And I want to add; be careful smoking in that shed. I know you said you got power vents and all but just don't get too comfy with the door closed. You don't wanna 'phyxiate your bad self so near Xmas. You're probably fine , just a thought. Have fun with that WSM.

Thank you for the concern but trust me, I still leave the door open during the whole cook time just to be safe.  I don't need to pass out in my shed and overcook my BBQ ;)
