Ramen Vegie Salvage. This is one of my favorite lunches. Look in the vegie drawer and find the stuff that is nearing the end of its vigorous life. Today it was a zucchini and a bit of bell pepper. Added a carrot, celery stalk and some onion (whatever you have handy). Sautee with some garlic, some pepper flakes, a little Old Bay. Add a splash of soy sauce, 1.5 cups water and BTB/RTS till vegies are tender, then throw in a package of ramen noodles and the seasoning packet. Top with some cheddar cheese. Easy-peasy and pretty darned tasty.
