I made some baby back ribs on the smoker yesterday to have for supper when company came over. I made a couple of changes to the way I did the ribs including not putting the barbecue sauce on the meat, just a dry rub and apple juice while cooking. I let the individual put on their own sauce. I also only cooked them for 4 hours rather than the usual 6. Both of of guests tasted the ribs at the same same time and together yelled OH MY GOD these are good. These are the best ribs I have ever had. What a great feeling.
