Found too many good ideas on this site so I had to join. I have been grilling all my life, but only started real smoking in the last year. I got the UDS bug and was looking at my rusting offset smoker... It hit me to buy a food grade 30gal stainless barrel out of Ohio and make a stainless UDS.
My latest addition is a road side find 22.5" Webber. The Webber cleaned up nice and after replacing the air intake blades on the inside it cooks awesome. Excellent heat control...
