My grill is mounted on a boat trailer frame and will hold 2 100 pound pigs. Love the hear new and creative recipes for various meats. I am on a team called Limp Brisket and we compete in Florida KCBS events.
 
:welcome1: from Oregon! When you get a chance, please post some pics of your rig or anything you'd like to share. We love to see that stuff. And I for one, thinks its really cool to have a place to share our triumphs and also the things that didn't go how we thought they should.
