Tonight's baby back ribs!

  1. I plan to make a dish tomorow that needs some rib meat so I had to smoke some ribs today.  Here's a dry rub 2-2-1 baby back smoke!  Alder wood on a Chargriller Duo SFB.  There was plenty for dinner and my plans tomorrow for the conference championship games.[IMG]

    Been smoking about an hour.
