Hi folks, It was time for beef ribs. I have not smoked any in quite some time so I thought why not! The only think I did different is I misted them with a apple juice, brown sugar and cinnimon mix that really put a nice flavor on tiop of the mustard, brown sugar and Myron Mixon's Jack's old South Hickory rub. I used Mesquite pellets in my Trager Texas this time. Ribs were great... They sure didn't last long.

Looks really good . I also like your motorcycle in your picture !

Have you been to Q school ? JOS makes some good products as I have used it with good results .

Thanks for sharing the love and hard work of cooking and doing qview

No school yet. I have learned over 20+ years and continue to learn from great folks in sites like this. You can teach an old dog new tricks. One day I would like to take Myrons class just for the hell of it. Maybe another as well. I'll definatley look into JOS products. I like trying different things. Thanks for the tip TripleBQ.

If you ever want to start doing vids and want info on software etc. just ask. I have helped a few from this forum understand whats involved. It's kind of fun too. It would be cool to see more of it done in here. It brings the folks right to your backyard and pit so to speak. I'm available via PM to help.
