St. Louis trimmed spares and a brisket with Qview

Discussion in 'Pork' started by wlkwichita, Jun 19, 2010.

  1. I got a rack of spares and decided to try the St. Louis trim. Easy to do!!! I used Jeff's rub on the ribs and the brisket. We had a teenager over who had NEVER tried ribs or brisket!!! She is now in love with smoked food!
