Just dry rubbed this +5lbs pork neck, tomorrow its time to smoke. I will post more pics on the way.
I have done neck bones,treated them like ribs 3-2-1 FOB I'll be watching

Creamcheese & smoked salmon stuffed jalapenos at the same smoke, these went to the smoker 1 1/2h ago.

Did you mean internal temp ? It was around 190.
Yes IT internal temp. 190 sounds like that may be tender as Pulled pork yummy
