Smoked FATTY

Getting ready to smoke FATTY,kept it simple,stuffed it with cheese and diced onions.One end is a little bigger then the other end but I was in kind of a hurry to get it on the smoker because it was during the first football game.


It isn't the best looking FATTY but it sure was good.

Looks like you are using a kc smoker. How do you like it? I did some ribs yesterday in it and they came out great. Did you try it without any water in the water pan? I did that yesterday for my ribs and they were good.

AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION ALERT!!! It has been proven that the viewing of particularly tasty q-view increases the colesterol level somewhat but it increases the likelyhood of over consumption of particularly tasty and particulaly unhealthy smoked foods 100,000 %. My cardiologist isgoing to get another Hummer payment out of me after this.
