Hey guys, I'm new to the world of smoking meat. I'm a Massachusetts native and I finished making a "redneck " smoker. I converted a four drawer file cabinet into a vertical smoker.
I've used it once a couple of days ago and still need to work out so kinks. Be grateful for any tips or advice yall can give.
