How would I do a smoked all beef salami in a UDS? (Never did a salami or sausages before)
Need a little more information johnwash. Are you wanting to make the sausage from scratch and smoke it or do you want to buy it already made and smoke it. Salami is a fermented sausage. We also need to know what type of equipment you have
