Rump roast first attempt

    Trying my first rump roast. Used Jeffs rub on outside and pit master blend pellets.

    Smoking at 240deg

    Took it to 144 than let it sit for 1hr than sliced up.
    My slicer kind of sucks well cleaning it sucks bug time but it works
    Now to find chef jimmy sauce to dip it in
    It is quite pink but I'm not afrade of that and the wife can just heat it up a bit to cook it more since she needs things alittle more done

    Don't often see rump roasts smoked.  It looks pretty good!
